We are currently offering a great opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our stable and high performing Platinum Ag Virginia branch. About the opportunity:

ing to the branch manager, you will have a dynamic role and will be exposed to various areas of the business including: Placing orders for stock Providing support to our broad network of customers Coordinating freight inwards of said stock Answering incoming calls/emails to the branch Manage/reconcile freight invoices Manage/reconcile CHEP pallet account (transfers on/off) Preparing Banking on a weekly basis Accounts Payable duties About You: To be successful you will demonstrate: Proven background providing excellent customer service and problem solving Ability to build long lasting relationships with both internal/external stakeholders Ability to priorities tasks Experience with SAP Ideally, (but not essential), have a background in agriculture Working within a team environment You will be a self-motivated person and able to work in a fast-paced environment You will be keen to learn all aspects of your role and our business Why work for us?
