Inside Sales is an innovative service provided by Medtronic, this service will offer a single dedicated product expert who will assist with sales opportunities for our E-commerce platform. ing into the Senior Inside Sales Manager and based in Medtronic’s Head Office in Macquarie Park, Sydney, this is a role which will empower you to drive your sales career in an exciting direction!

Responsibilities Include

• Drive sales by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant direct sales opportunities for our Ecommerce/Medtronic Connect platform.
• Serve as a specialist for our Ecommerce platform across all ANZ accounts to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and all the relevant goals and metrics.
• Generate market interest and close sales by executing product and segment marketing activities such as product demonstrations, focus areas or campaigns
• Actively solicit all Medtronic product opportunities, referring leads as appropriate
• Build relationships and trust with customers, be a key part of their buying decisions
• Understand customer buying patterns and use it to schedule calls
• Contribute to the fiscal revenue goal and propose/define tactical activities

Must-Have

• Covid Vaccination – Several jurisdictions across Australia and New Zealand have established mandatory requirements for healthcare workers and others working in health care settings to be vaccinated with at least two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. To be eligible to apply and be considered for this role, Medtronic Australasia requires candidates to meet the conditions of the relevant and current Government directions (including Public Health Orders). The successful candidate will be required to provide evidence of vaccination before an appointment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Biomedical or related discipline
• A willingness to make multiple outbound sales phone calls on a daily basis
• Enjoys technology selling
• Computer proficiency including MS Office suite of software
