Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator for an immediate start for an ongoing casual assignment.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 38 hours per week

Location: Forrestfield

Start: ASAP

Hourly rate: $35 – $36 p/h + Super

Key Responsibilities

• Capable of planning and executing day to day activities in a safe, professional, efficient and customer focused manner.
• Ensure compliance in regard to company and legislative Occupational Health and Safety, and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
• Plan and coordinate outbound customer pickups.
• Monitoring and enforcing systems use, with compliance and accuracy.
• Ensuring manifest and paperwork compliance in all loads.
• Ensure Effective communications with Customers & senior management at all levels.
• ing and notification of discrepancies to on time delivery of goods.
• Provide direction and assistance to Freight & Customer Service teams & promote improvement in customer service.
• General Customer Service duties.
• Other duties as required.

About You

• Previous SAP Experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience & knowledge of the transport industry.
• Extensive OHS & COR knowledge and experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong focus on customer service.
• Exceptional attention to detail & data entry accuracy.
• Clear (written & oral) communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work.
• High level of computer skills.
• An understanding of the Transport and Warehouse Industry in general.
