An opportunity to join a leading service business, based East of Perth CBD has arisen for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer for an ongoing temporary opportunity.

Duties

  • Post daily deposits
  • Process incoming mail concerning billing and invoicing
  • Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and questions
  • Engage management over any AR problems you encounter
  • Initiate collections on past-due accounts
  • Maintain accounting ledgers as required
  • Create and update a log sheet for quality control
  • Handle all special billing situations, including group reservations and conventions
  • Audit ledgers to ensure they contain correct information, such as billing addresses and invoice numbers

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in accounts receivable
  • Available to start a new role immediately (notice periods of 1 week or less can be considered)
  • Exceptional customer service coupled with strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to manage ever changing workload and prioritise tasks
  • National police clearance
