We provide training in state-of-the-art classrooms and other technology centric environments that are crafted to make learning interactive and collaborative.

About the Role
Our instructors are outstanding ambassadors of Workday and exceed at bridging the learning gap for users. They are specialists at adopting innovation and mastering technology. Workday Instructors are passionate about helping students and representing our products, team and organisation.

As Financial Trainer, you will:

What you can achieve in your first 12 months – 24 months
1. Your first achievement will be to complete an internal training and certification program.
In the first 6 – 12 months, your focus will be on learning and mastering new product functionality and doing what you love most – deliver onsite and/or remote training using a variety of collaborative teaching methods to audiences that can include customers, partners and employees. You will own the administrative responsibilities for classes you are conducting. By grading examinations for certification or accreditation, you’ll have the exciting experience of seeing your students succeed.
2. In 12 – 24 months, you will begin your journey to become a specialist in Workday Financials product(s) suite and work across functional teams to stay current with constantly evolving improvements. As your skillset expands, you will participate in cross functional projects and eventually mentor other instructors on your areas of expertise and collaborate with the content development team to define course structure, content and delivery methods to produce high quality training. You will also influence the course content including class materials, presentations and activities, so you’ll help craft a high-quality training experience.
3. Innovation and customers are part of our core values, so as you progress on your career path you will become a true Workday ambassador. You will form relationships with Workmates across teams to motivate change, share standard methodologies, meet goals and improve your students’ learning journey and use dynamic presentation skills to engage your students and improve their learning experience.
About You
Basic Qualifications
3+ years experience in full scale ERP deployments or Training
Degree or similar qualification in Accounting/Finance
3+ years experience working with enterprise financial applications such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP
Other Qualifications
You possess significant business knowledge in operational areas within a Finance/Accounting department
Previous functional consulting experience with a consulting/software company
Workday HCM, Financials, or other demonstrated ability preferred.
Adaptive Planning, or other Financial Planning & Analysis experience desired
Fluency in English is crucial.
Collaboration: You are a people person having excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including a consistent record of developing and delivering engaging, outcome-based presentations to diverse internal and external audiences.
Up-skilling others: You have demonstrable experience in facilitating training and owning course content is preferred. You master the simultaneous use of multiple classroom technologies while delivering training, including electronic training material, remote conferencing tools, interactive display screens, and audio/visual equipment
Learning Agility: You have a confirmed ability to proactively and quickly grasp, distil and synthesise concepts and details from diverse sources.
Problem solving: You feel confident with identifying trends, developing strategies and implementing high-impact solutions.
Results Driven: A proven track record to lead and contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, constantly evolving and sometimes unexpected work environment, prioritising accordingly and advancing appropriately.
