About the Role
We’re seeking a Manager for our EMEA Sales Talent Acquisition team to drive Workday’s Talent Acquisition vision and strategy and help power the future growth of our Sales Functions across the EMEA region. This role will manage and lead a seasoned Talent Acquisition team across the region with priority on innovative, design-led, transformative talent acquisition practices. About You
Key Requirements:
Are currently or have recently led a Cloud Sales TA team through a period of sustained headcount growth. Experience in leading during hyper growth preferred.
As a people leader you recognise the importance of building collaborative relationships with the other TA Leaders, key internal stakeholders in the business and cross-functional partners such as HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Belonging + Diversity, and Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness.
You’re able to speak to specific examples of how you can build collaborative partnerships with Sales Operations and Finance functions in order to manage HC budgets, forecasts and reporting as well as to proactively manage TA capacity planning against hiring demand
Know where to uncover opportunities to build and drive creative networking efforts through a variety of channels and resources including the Workday product, building talent communities through social talent outreach.
