About The Role

We are seeking natural born leaders, comfortable communicators, and those with a passion for connecting with people. If you are motivated by a challenge, have good listening skills, can think on your feet, and have a bit of competitive drive, this is the start to your career in sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage MQL (Marketing Qualified leads) against SLAs
• Work closely with CSD and Account Executives on qualified MQLs, responsible for arranging for AE connects
• Collaborate tightly with regional Marketing teams on campaigns and provide close loop feedback
• Qualify accounts and leads to understand pain points, compelling events, timeline and discover decision makers
• Communicate at a professional level to engage effectively with C-Suite executives
• Articulate clearly the value of Workday’s solutions
• Leverage available tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc) to perform prospecting activities
• Maintain high Salesforce hygiene and ensure all activities and notes are updated timely

About You

What’s Required

• Interest in launching a career in sales – prospecting, business development
• Sales/ Business acumen
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment

• Prior exposure to sales/ sales development is helpful but not mandatory
