About the role
This is an opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition specialist to join our team and make a genuine difference in a highly regarded customer-focused organisation.
Your primary talent acquisition portfolio will see you engaging with technology and professional services leaders across WorkCover to bring in new talent as well as promote from within. This portfolio includes:

About you
If you’re looking for a rewarding role within an organisation that truly cares, keep reading. We are seeking a Talent Advisor who can partner and influence our business in their hiring outcomes. We are in a peak period of hiring with several projects and growth predicted for the next 12 months. Prior experience within a high-volume function or digital and technology space would be desirable. Your ability to consult and partner will see you be successful in this role.
If you are strategic, thrive in a fast pace business and are passionate about the role that recruitment plays within a business, we want to hear from you! Prior experience within a talent advisor role is essential. It would also be advantageous to have experience in using Page Up, LinkedIn recruiter and other key sourcing methodologies.
