We are a seasoned contracting company that locates highly qualified candidates for placement at a multi-location, highly respected automotive manufacturer with facilities across the United States, Canada and Mexico.

We are seeking someone to join our growing team who can manage the full life-cycle of recruiting: post job descriptions, review resumés, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare and coach candidates for client interview and extend offers.

Skills that will make you a good candidate for this role are:

• Analyze qualifications listed on a resumé submitted by candidates and compare the qualifications to the requirements of a job posting.
• Administer skills assessments.
• Identify strong, active candidates.
• Develop relationships with candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Work independently to achieve results while being able to collaborate with fellow co-workers.

Qualifications:

• Degree required with preference given to HR Management
• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition
• Automotive, construction and/or engineering recruiting experience a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Monster, Indeed or similar recruiting platforms
• Skill navigating LinkedIn
• Strong organization skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Rapport building skills essential
• Strong command of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
• Proficiency with MS Office
• SHRM certified is an asset
