REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong data entry skills, proficient in MS Suite, especially Excel. SAP a plus.
Planning and organizational skills to prioritize work responsibilities.
High School Diploma or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry role.
Good organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
Cooperative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Ability to sit for an extended period.
Able to walk, reach, and bend to perform job duties.
