Full Job Description:
We’re looking for a hard-working and self-motivated Administrative Assistant and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, possess a great attention to detail and confidence to work alone with a team.

• High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
• Inbound call center experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated conflict resolution skills desired.
• Intermediate or advanced computer skills/experience preferred with Microsoft Word

• Validate data into the service database with great speed & accuracy
• Ensure and verify the data before it is entered & processed
• Respond to the customer’s enquiries in a timely manner
• Assist with scheduling meetings and minute taking
• Perform duties such as taking samples and evaluating
• Maintain records files are updated
• Perform other duties as assigned

• One-year data entry and customer service experience required.

• Eye for detail, completeness, and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines and provide proactive and innovative solutions to customer issues.
• Must maintain confidentiality of privileged information.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities quickly and accurately with a positive attitude.
• Experience and/or ability to work and interact effectively

Pay: From $29.00 – $39.00 per hour
