JOB SUMMARY
At CereCore, our heart for healthcare is interconnected with our knowledge of technical solutions, creating a vital link that ultimately drives the delivery of high-quality care. CereCore is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) Healthcare. As a member of CereCore leadership, the Manager of EHR Talent Acquisition will be responsible for continuing to build a successful MEDITECH staffing practice that includes talent relations, recruiting, interviewing, placement, partner relations, onboarding and ongoing talent acquisition of EHR contractors. This position is an external candidate-facing role responsible for daily communication to consultants within the industry, CereCore key clients, and Marketing. This role requires strategic execution to oversee the development, deployment, and direction of multifaceted processes and talent acquisition strategies. Additional key responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with key CereCore and HCA business leaders. This role will manage resource allocations, maintain and develop new approaches to talent acquisition, and participate in marketing opportunities critical to driving profitability and growing the business. Key skill sets for this role include ability to hire and continue development of our internal and external EHR staffing delivery, strong communication skills, ability to multitask, negotiate, and maintain solid relationships. Proven team leadership skills and the ability to cultivate a healthy work environment, set direction and motivate a high-performance team will be crucial to success.

Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate s. Work is an office environment. Work may be stressful at times. Contact may involve dealing with angry or upset people. Staff must remain flexible and available to provide staffing assistance for any/all disaster or emergency situations.
