Job Summary and Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY

CereCore is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) Healthcare. As a member of CereCore leadership, the Manager of EHR Talent Acquisition will be responsible for continuing to build a successful MEDITECH staffing practice that includes talent relations, recruiting, interviewing, placement, partner relations, onboarding and ongoing talent acquisition of EHR contractors. This position is an external candidate-facing role responsible for daily communication to consultants within the industry, CereCore key clients, and Marketing. This role requires strategic execution to oversee the development, deployment, and direction of multifaceted processes and talent acquisition strategies. Additional key responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with key CereCore and HCA business leaders. This role will manage resource allocations, maintain and develop new approaches to talent acquisition, and participate in marketing opportunities critical to driving profitability and growing the business. Key skill sets for this role include ability to hire and continue development of our internal and external EHR staffing delivery, strong communication skills, ability to multitask, negotiate, and maintain solid relationships. Proven team leadership skills and the ability to cultivate a healthy work environment, set direction and motivate a high-performance team will be crucial to success.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition Management (75%):

• Strong, collaborative partnership with CereCore Recruitment and Onboarding service teams.
• Optimize and manage day to day operations of the department including the principle of cultivating talent delivery strategies and competencies to achieve required results
• Research, analyze, and present recruitment metrics and compliance audits to senior leadership
• Conduct meetings with key managers and directors to identify resource needs, initiatives and forecasts
• Supervise daily recruitment activity including the assignment of requisitions to fill new or vacant positions, balancing workload efficiently among recruiters, and quality assurance checks
• Manage activity within the master service provider tool and candidate applicant tracking systems
• Continuously assess and seek to improve client satisfaction levels and retention
• Support team with the management of all partner relations between the master services provider, external staffing agencies, hiring managers and human resources
• Regulate contract development, assessment, and negotiation

Administrative/Staff Development (25%)

• Adhere to Code of Conduct
• Provide leadership and continuous improvement of people
• Provide appropriate training and delivery to ensure recruitment team is fully knowledgeable and abreast on all processes, policies, and recruiting/sourcing methods
• Staff Quarterly Performance Review
• Lead and develop staff
• Personal Leadership Development and succession planning
• Staff Meetings and 1:1 engagement with staff
• Protect and Grow client base by managing staff and providing guidance and feedback

EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION

• College Graduate Required Undergrad

OTHER/SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of IT technical skill sets
• Previous EHR recruitment experience required
• Previous account management experience preferred
• Must be well versed in Microsoft Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing required
• Proven experience and knowledge of vendor management and master service provider tools
• Proven experience using candidate applicant tracking systems
• Proven track record of execution and results

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS

Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare and communicate appropriate s. Work is an office environment. Work may be stressful at times. Contact may involve dealing with angry or upset people. Staff must remain flexible and available to provide staffing assistance for any/all disaster or emergency situations.
