We want to enable people to access communication support in any language at any time and we’re looking for a Front-End Designer to manage the design of our website and software platforms, combining top user experiences with something that looks really, really good.

You’ll get to work in our Product and Development Team on UI/UX for Wordskii, making it usable and appealing to our clients partners and linguists to deliver an outstanding user experience.

You will be joining a growing but highly effective team who use agile practices in the process of building our systems. We strive to create the best user experience for our users through continual innovation and improvement of our websites, web and mobile applications to ensure we are the leading provider of tech-enabled language services.

Technical Skills:

• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in designing and building front-end websites and software UX
• Experience in developing with Angular.js
• Comprehensive UI/UX design experience
• Experience developing a Saas platform or product
• Experience of developing in Shopify and Hubspot
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of responsive HTML & CSS across browsers and devices
• Experience working with JIRA and Bitbucket preferred
• Understanding of Content Management Systems
• Understanding of cross browser and cross platform compatibility issues

Soft Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate at all levels within the organisation.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, business and users.
• Ability to anticipate issues, cope with ambiguity, and proactively solve problems
