Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust Hiring for Senior HR Advisor at Worcester Full Time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR generalist looking to develop their knowledge and skills within the NHS. You will be confident in providing credible and professional advice on all HR related matters to our 6,000+ colleagues across the organisation.
We welcome flexible working and this post is for 22.5 hours per week with a working pattern to be agreed within the core working hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. There is a requirement to work a Friday.
Our Trust is split across a wide geographical area and the successful candidate will need to be able to travel independently to our 3 main sites (Worcester, Redditch and Kidderminster) as required and sometimes at short notice. The HR Advisory Team is based at Worcester Royal Hospital, but the role will include home working as part of our Location by Vocation programme.
