Supplier Capability and Insights Manager
The Opportunity
This role exists to develop and deliver specific programs of work to improve Trade Partner Capability to partner with Woolworths and develop and implement tools and processes to build stronger Joint Plans that deliver mutual growth with demonstrated business impact. The Supplier Capability and Insights Manager will work with key partners in Commercial and Quantium to deliver data and insights with Trade Partners to build their capability to partner with Woolworths.
The role also exists to develop and implement tools and training/capability building programs aligned to the strategy for our Commercial Team and Trade Partners to use Woolworths data tools (including Supplier Connect) to achieve growth, improve VOS to ensure Woolworths is the Trading Partner of choice for our suppliers. The role will partner closely with the Commercial team, Quantium and wiq retail.
