Product Development Analyst – Process & Systems – 12 Months Secondment

• Act as a Owner of all WFC Product Development Processes
• Business partnering role to support key project deliveries & lead training of process maps
• Norwest Support Offices with WFH flexibility

About The Role

As a Product Development Analyst, you will be embedded in our Product and Innovation Chapter you will play a critical role of Process Analyst responsible for facilitating and building the business processes to drive efficiency and best practices of bringing products to shelf.

The Own & Exclusive Brands Process Business Analyst works collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure clear mapping to support business training and review. The Product Development Analyst will need to bring curiosity and continuous improvement to support the VOT and VOS metrics.

Key Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To

• Business Owner of all WFC Product Development Processes
• Work with IT to support Key Project Deliveries
• Lead the training of Process Maps
• The input of all Processes into Promap and upkeep.
• Build and maintain a schedule of process reviews
• Stakeholder engagement across WFC, IT and Quality

About You

Knowledge

• Strong understanding of product development processes.
• Solid organisational and project management skills.
• Stakeholder mapping and Facilitation and Stakeholder management experience

Experience

• FMCG or Supermarkets Retail Product Development experience required
• Demonstrated capability to deliver initiatives on time and meet agreed performance metrics.
• A deep understanding of product development and supplier management.
• An identified talent for negotiation and networking.
• Ability to gather and analyse data and use these to support strategic direction / development plans.
• Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions.
• Demonstrated Continuous Improvement mindset
• Work Instruction and Document Control Management preferred
