What You Will Do

This opportunity will be varied with no two days the same. You will play a vital role in a true business partnership providing confidential ‘right hand’ support in all aspects of personal assistance.

  • Providing administrative support, including document preparation, complex diary management, meeting coordination and general administrative duties
  • Prioritise and manage email communication on behalf of the Directors and General Managers the role supports, ensuring items are actioned/referred appropriately and inline with our company values and policies.
  • Providing support to a number of Directors and General Managers across the Woolworths Group Supermarkets team. The role will have dual ing lines to the Directors it provides support to.
  • Forward-thinking/planning of travel across calendars
  • Drafting and responding to email correspondence
  • Arrange and coordinate key events as required
  • Processing invoices and reconciling expense claims

Who We’re Looking For

You’re passionate about providing a high level of personal support. You’re proactive with lots of initiative and can collaborate with different teams to drive outcomes. You have a naturally engaging style with the ability to build relationships with your stakeholders. You thrive on an organised structure, have excellent prioritisation skills and are able to work within an agile framework.

You Will Also Have

  • Extensive experience providing support to several senior leaders at a time, from a General Manager level and above
  • Experience supporting executives within a large complex and highly matrixed environment
  • High level of integrity/confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible with priority of work, knowing what takes priority, what can be handled directly and when to escalate
  • High level of computer literacy with Google G-suite. Ariba iBuy, Expense8, and Miro highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
