About you
Are you an Operations Manager passionate about people initiatives and looking to utilise your people and operational skills? Or perhaps you are a strong HR Business Partner with proven success supporting operational teams on the ground. About the role
The Operations People Partner , internally known as a People Priorities Lead , is responsible for linking stores with our People team, ensuring our people strategies are operationalised and prioritised. This role is responsible for informing the people priorities roadmap for the Supermarket Business, as well as providing operational guidance to create content for store team Talent and Capability plans.
The People Priorities Lead will play a pivotal role in partnering and collaborating with internal stakeholders including Supermarket Operations and National Support Teams, to ensure the team needs are heard and prioritised to deliver maximum engagement and performance at a store level.
