Senior Manager – Data Operations

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Manager, Data Operations, responsible for defining the operations strategy and leading end-to-end operations support capability for the Woolworths Information Management ecosystem.
About The Role
In this role, you will define and drive the operations strategy and plans, and deliver operational excellence through the effective management of your team, vendors, and suppliers.
You will lead your team to deliver critical services 24 x 7, 365 days per year, located both onshore and offshore, and manage key relationships to ensure all issues are managed appropriately, including communications and escalation management for issues raised by Business and other stakeholders

About You
You will have a growth mindset and understand the important nature of the relationships within the business. A natural influencer, with a commercial outlook, you will be proactive with your stakeholders both internally and externally.
As an experienced digital leader, you synthesise technical solutions, business problems and communicate both clearly to expert and executive audiences.
You will have an understanding of Service Management processes and demonstrated ability deploying them in an enterprise setting and demonstrated experience establishing and running data platform operations teams (or similar) in an enterprise setting.
