This Senior Business Analyst role sits in the Product and Planning team and will work, more specifically within the GreenStock and NZ meat business, and liaises with business and technology stakeholders for delivery of business requirements. These will form the basis of change to business processes, policies and systems which will ensure that the delivered solution meets the needs of the business.

GreenStock is a Woolworths Group’s stand-alone division, which brings together teams involved in Woolworths Group’s red meat supply chain, including the livestock, processing and retail operations teams.

In this position, you will support with the below needs within the GreenStockand NZ meat division:

• Solid experience in workshop facilitation, demonstrating communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Write requirements (functional and nonfunctional) or user stories for the backlog
• Develop Business and process requirements
• QA proposed solutions and Test scenarios

You Will Ideally Have

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in a similar sized environment
• Background and knowledge in meat supply chain, with a strong business and commercial acumen, preferably within the retail domain
• Solid experience in workshop facilitation, demonstrating communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Expertise with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member within a complex and fast paced environment
• Experience with the preparation of test scripts/cases and the conducting of testing
• Ability to see the end to end impacts of change, as well as work at a detailed level
• Relevant tertiary qualifications related to Business Analyst such as BABOK
