What You’ll Do

As our Sales Planning Manager, you will lead a team of analysts in delivering baseline and promotional sales forecasts. You will also be responsible for accurately predicting the purchasing behaviours of customers for items at both full retail and promotional price, as well as the impact promotions will have on the baseline forecast of a category.

• Development of Scan Forecast Accuracy – assisting in Stock Availability for customers & stores
• Forecasting Communication and Engagement
• Collaboration with suppliers and commercial teams
• Ability to influence all areas of the business

What You’ll Bring

• Performance manage your team s to achieve KPIs and delivering performance feedback
• Experience of complex problem solving, be comfortable in handling large data sets and able to develop solutions to meet business outcomes
• Strong technical skills with the ability to administrate, construct and manage large data sets and systems
• Experience with implementing forecasting leading practice principles and activities
