What you’ll do
As the Program manager, you will be partnering with and supporting the Product owners, Chapter leads and program partners, utilising an agile mindset to support in the delivery of the Value Chain Program. This includes running and managing the design authority and program governance that leads to the development, execution, and realisation of business-critical implementation of the Value Chain Program.

• Work with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects on time and according to the quality requirements.
• Deliver end-to-end on design, governance, and ing.
• Lead the team in the development and execution of all typical project toolsets (including Schedule, Dependencies, Risk, and financials).
• Hold team members accountable for quality delivery and agile ways of working.
• Develop and lead your people, inspiring an inclusive culture of success.

What you’ll bring
You will bring an agile mindset, able to deliver and build the team’s capability to operate incorporating the bigger picture with an innovative and curious approach to how things are done. With strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset, you will be able to translate the team’s work into board papers, being able to reach your audience effectively and have an impact.

• Proven capability to influence and inspire your Tribe and other stakeholders and demonstrated experience working at scale in complex, highly matrixed organisation.
• Deep understanding of the customer with the ability to translate customer needs into tangible actions.
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to align key stakeholders with the purpose, objectives, and outcomes.
• Value and Supply chain experience
• Role models our Ways of Working
• A track record as a delivery specialist, with an agile delivery background (ideally in retail), and proven in delivering complex solutions at scale.

Desirable

• Understanding of Store Operations and retail environment
• Formal project/program management and/or agile qualifications
