Shorty’s is the newest joint venture at Endeavour Group, specialising in the supply of Business to Business corporate drinks. Shorty’s also manage some booming services on behalf of the Dan Murphy’s brand – the Dan’s B2B and Wedding & Event businesses and the Dan’s Gifting Hub. In short, we nickname ourselves the “Celebration Station”.

This is a role for a creative marketer who seeks out and seizes opportunities to break the mould on customer experience.

You’d be entering the business at a pivotal time, partnering with an industry behemoth, Endeavour Drinks Group, with so much to play for. This role is newly created to help drive tremendous business growth and ambitions.

About The Opportunity

A key role within the Shorty’s business; This position will suit an innovative marketing professional with proven experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing and eCommerce.

• ing directly to the Head of Marketing & Gifting, you will be the brand custodian and lead the brand identities and trade plans.
• You will manage and implement marketing strategies and digital campaign plans to achieve the businesses sales and acquisition targets.
• Manage the annual rolling trade plans across the four key brands and implementing strategies and change for success.
• You’ll coordinate content, oversee enrichment of products to ensure an accurate range and ideal online experience for shoppers, and ensure all platforms are on brand, engaging and achieving their targets.

About You

• You will have experience working in digital and pure marketing roles (at least 3 years).
• You are self driven and curious! You are comfortable to operate in an agile environment with minimal guidance and work at pace
• Accountability & attention to detail is critical. You always do what you say you are going to do.
• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enjoy collaborating and working within an authentic culture.
• You’re hands on. You enjoy thinking strategically but are also not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.

You Have Experience In

• Digital media & performance based marketing, with proven success in managing multiple campaigns.
• Knowledge of the traditional and digital media landscapes, including SEM, affiliates, programmatic, mobile, social, video and native.
• Analytical skills in evaluating data to improve performance.
• Comfortable with sales ing & insight building.
• Experience in Google Analytics.

Bonus If You Have

• Experience in automated email marketing and CRM (in particular HubSpot & Salesforce)
• Some knowledge of graphic design tools/ experience
