Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development and Implementation: Collaborate with our marketing team and senior leadership to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Marketing Team and Agency Partner Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring goals are met, and manage external agency partners for a seamless marketing function.
• Multichannel Digital Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute campaigns across platforms, including social media, email, and display advertising, driving engagement and revenue growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as product and design, to guarantee timely and successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring all activities adhere to budgetary constraints.
• External Agency Partner Relations: Build and maintain relationships with agency partners for successful collaboration and results.

Qualifications:

• Proven Leadership: At least 5 years of experience managing marketing teams, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEO, merchandising, social media, paid social advertising, PPC, and affiliate marketing.
• Project Management Prowess: Demonstrated success in delivering marketing campaigns, with strong project management skills. Project management certifications are a bonus.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
• Agency Background: Experience working with different clients and industries is a plus.
