What You’ll Do

As the Senior Product Manager you will work through the ambiguity of an early stage product, help shape the problem space and refine the opportunities to go after. You will be responsible for establishing a product vision, defining the product strategy, managing and prioritising the roadmap and leading the end-to-end product lifecycle of an exciting part of the Homerun offering.

You Will Also

• Provide leadership, direction and inspiration and apply product best practice within a cross functional squad
• Partner and engage with a diverse group of stakeholders across the chapter, tribe, WooliesX and the wider Woolworths Group
• Track and measure KPIs and be accountable for achieving Product OKRs and priorities

What You’ll Bring

You’re well versed in Product Management principles and practices working as a Product Manager/Product Leader for 5+ years on digital products.

You Will Also Have

• Strong experience building trust with multiple senior stakeholders in a large corporate environment including cross-functional delivery teams in a fast-paced agile environment
• Experience working with 3rd party partners and integration with their platforms
• Experience working on API and back-end products, always with the end customer in mind
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple streams of work with a focus on business outcomes
• Relentless dedication to driving value to the customer
• Able to make data driven decisions to iteratively shape requirements and features
• Desirable – logistics and e-commerce domain experience and understanding of ing & Analytics systems and solutions
