What You’ll Do

As a Senior Marketing Manager within the Digital Content Marketing Tribe, your role is to lead the Program Go-To-Market marketing strategy and planning for our digital platforms and tools including the Woolworths app(s).

You will work closely with the Woolies X business units/delivery and Group Brand & Marketing teams to ensure a collaborative and cohesive approach to how we market new and existing features and enhancements to engage and grow connected customer and member value.

You are responsible for developing, managing and activating marketing plans aligned to defined objectives.

Within your remit is the need to facilitate the strategic integration of our digital platforms and tools within the existing WX business units/delivery and Group Brand & Marketing customer plans, as well as identify additional opportunities within the customer journey to educate, engage and inspire.

Main responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Partner with Business Unit and Tribe Leads to develop and deliver the digital platform and tools marketing strategy and roadmap.
• Set the go-to-market strategy, approach and integration of digital platforms and tools, aligned to defined objectives.
• Plan and manage the strategic integration of digital platforms and tools within the customer plan to showcase the added value the tribe delivers.
• Manage and influence senior stakeholders to help escalate and/or unblock any obstacles to keep campaigns on track.
• Lead the marketing plan and calendar of activities, maintain consistency with the developed set of brand guidelines and communication tool kit, and ensure the optimisation of the ways of working with Proposition and Marketing teams.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years marketing experience in digital marketing and GTM (or similar roles) with tertiary education in related fields.
• End to end campaign management experience including strategic brief writing, creative evaluation, production and measurement .
• Management level Marketing experience, ideally within a large corporate marketing team, with retail/eCommerce/loyalty background highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge and experience using insights to drive effective marketing campaigns, inclusive of commercial, financial and risk mitigation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence, along with establishing and maintaining strong relationships with senior management
