What You’ll Do

• Support WX Portfolio Management by collaborating with Delivery Leads and Enablement Partners to understand work, coordinate information flows, enable change, and drive business outcomes.
• Manage, champion, and enhance the daily usage and value delivery of agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Serve as the primary administrator for the WX agile tool suite, including Jira, Confluence, and Miro, and manage annual budgets.
• Prepare and review high-quality s, presentations, and correspondence to ensure timely and professional portfolio communications.
• Establish, build, and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication, negotiation, and issue management.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience working within Agile methodology/environment.
• Experience with Project Portfolio Management systems and the ability to configure them.
• Demonstrated experience in Jira Admin and Confluence Admin.
• Demonstrated building and collating various data sources into cohesive s.
• Strong ability to use Google suite of applications.
• Strong management ing skills.
