We are building best-in-class last-mile optimization technologies today and are exploring the solutions of tomorrow by investing in autonomous drones and other emerging technologies.

What You’ll Do

As the Head of Last Mile Operations your primary goal will be to bring together teams managing our in-house delivery fleet, as well as 3rd party delivery providers, to deliver a full suite of delivery solutions from sub-one hour grocery & parcels to 500kg next day B2B orders
You Will Also

• Drive a team that will focus on operational excellence to deliver customer, team, and commercial goals today, while continuously optimising processes and relationships to drive improvements throughout the year and beyond
• Own and manage key relationships with our suppliers to foster successful partnerships to achieve our customer & commercial goals

What You’ll Bring

You are a guiding light for your team with a passion for inspiring others to achieve, building a culture of intrinsic motivation, celebrating success while building accountability to goals and commitments. Your ability to build trust quickly with your team and peers will help you build collaborative relationships. You will also have:

• Experience in leading large operations or logistics teams with a proven track record of achieving excellent customer NPS and commercial metrics
• Experience managing the delivery of large partnership agreements and holding partners to account on service delivery
• Highly data literate and passionate about making data-led decisions for today and the future
