What You’ll Do

• Oversee and manage the validation of new or updated product content and data
• Interact and engage with internal and external stakeholders to maintain the product data workflow and resolve any obstacles that disrupt this process
• Support Seller teams where required with the onboarding of new partners and the optimisation of their product data
• Partner with the content specialist on continuous improvement and revision of product data processes to ensure the integrity and relevance of the content we serve our customers
• Collaborate with wider stakeholders and squads to help deliver the marketplace proposition and be the subject matter expert for product content and data

What You’ll Bring

• Ideally, you’ll have 1-2 years eCom or digital experience, preferably in product content management
• Demonstrated experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) to update website content
• Ability to work autonomously and ensure a high level of attention to detail to support the integrity of data published
• Innovative and forward-thinking, focused on enhancing our customer experience
• You have an appreciation for Agile delivery and ways of working, with a start-up mindset
