What You’ll Do
A key pillar of our EverydayX strategy is creating long term member value, with a clear focus on members and subscribers across Woolworths Supermarkets, BigW and the wider Group.
In this role you will play a critical role in building and strengthening the commercial capability across EverydayX, balancing business commercial goals with long term member value and loyalty objectives for our Everyday businesses, partnerships and emerging opportunities. You will co-create the development and implementation of strategies, tools and business practices that are aimed at driving a long term sustainable Everyday business model and balancing short term ROI on member investments, whilst maintaining a strong voice for member value as part of the overall customer value proposition.
In this role you will play a critical role in supporting the commercial capability across EverydayX, supporting delivery of business commercial goals with long term member value and loyalty objectives for our Everyday businesses, partnerships and emerging opportunities. You will support the implementation of strategies, tools and business practices that are aimed at driving a long term sustainable Everyday business model and balancing short term ROI on member investments, whilst maintaining a strong voice for member value as part of the overall customer value proposition.
This role forms part of the EverydayX Commercial team, of ~12 team members. The role presents an opportunity to be a part of an ever-changing & evolving environment, working side by side with a team of analysts/associates who pride themselves on being trusted business partners to a wide group of stakeholders and are strongly connected to the development and delivery of the strategic direction of the business. This is a high impact role with high impact initiatives and projects, that are directly visible for the executive committee / C-Suite

You are a highly motivated, analytical strategy professional, who is looking to accelerate your development journey and gain critical, broader-thinking business experience. You have experience developing & implementing integrated customer & commercial strategies. With a strong, demonstrated affinity for structured problem solving, balanced with a pragmatic, outcomes focused mindset. You thrive in a fast paced retail environment and are comfortable with balancing longer term strategic imperatives with day to day, tactical needs of a buying organisation
Delivering outstanding experiences for both our internal EDx & Partner teams (internal & external), you have demonstrated commercial strategy & transformation experience, which will enable you to drive fit for purpose business outcomes. You maintain a local market and global perspective on emerging trends, and will bring to the role a demonstrated experience supporting the development and coaching of others in their existing roles as well as future career aspirations. You strive to maintain a competitive edge, and pride yourself on your strong influencing skills which enable you to influence teams to drive and adopt innovation and commercial outcomes, balancing long & short term value delivery.
