The Program Manager will drive large-scale program delivery of multiple programs from a technology lens for the eCom automation technologies chapter which is focussed on building automated sites and to continuously improve the automation network. The programs are innovative and market leading! Successful delivery requires strong partnerships with many teams across Woolworths Group including Primary connect and our automation partners.

What You’ll Do

• Provide leadership to the squads who make up the program team, guiding and supporting them throughout the program.
• Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery within budget.
• Engage stakeholders, maintain effective communication, and build strong relationships.
• Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous quality control processes.
• Optimise resource allocation and monitor team capacity for efficiency and productivity.
