Woodside Energy Ltd Hiring for HR Systems Strategy and Governance Job at Australia Full Time

The purpose of this role is to define and maintain a world class global HR systems implementation strategy anchored in continuous improvement and data governance/privacy framework.

This is offered on a 1-year Fixed Term basis.

Strategy

• Define 5-year HR system implementation strategy for SAP, Success Factors, S4Hana, Employee Central, EC Payroll, and other HR modules
• Ensure success integration of HR systems to cross functional systems landscapes (i.e. Finance, Supply)
• Implement HR systems functionality that fosters an improved line leader and employee experience.
• Introduce HR functionality from market that enables automation and simplifies overall HR transactional activities.
• Provide strong HR data reporting strategy leveraging predict analytics and data visualization
• Focus on transformational HR system functionality (i.e. Artificial Intelligence, etc.) and future enhancements.

• Define a data privacy and functional integrity framework
• Facilitate HR System audits and ensures compliance across all statutory requirements
• Define system access provisioning framework anchored on organizational design protocols
• Facilitate all system release and resource management

• Manage all HR systems vendors and vendor relationships.
• Define a HR systems vendor governance framework

• 10+ Years of HR Systems experience specifically in SAP / Success Factors,
• Knowledge of Success Factors modules (Employee Central, EC Payroll, LMS, Onboarding 2.0, Recruitment, Variable Compensation, S4Hana, Inbound/Outbound Interfaces)
• Previous HR systems Design Architect experience
• Engagement experience with Preferred Success Factors network
• Strong governance mindset
• Focus on strategy and planning
• Proficient in senior leader engagement
• Strong communication skills
• Global HR experience in US and Australia preferred
