Woods Services Hiring for Talent Acquisition Manager Job at Langhorne, PA Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Manages all aspects of employment services for Woods Services.
• Manages and monitors all internal and external recruitment activities with programs and departments for recruitment plans.
• Reviews and distributes resumes and applications to employment specialists and the Human Resources Assistant.
• Assigns vacant positions to employment specialists.
• Manages the internal and external posting procedures of Woods Services.
• Directs managers, directors, and administrators on the procedures for recruiting candidates for vacant positions.
• Creates, develops and places advertisements through the contracted agency as needed for Woods Services. Places ads for Brian’s House as needed. Monitors the advertising budget throughout the fiscal year. Limits advertisements placed to keep within the allocated budget.
• Manages all Internet and web-based advertising including career website contracts and Woods Services webpage.
• Re-new contract purchase requisitions for fiscal years that pertain to employment.
• Manages new contract and existing contracts for temporary staffing and employment agencies.
• Negotiates bill rates for temporary staffing and fills temporary employment requests.
• Manages adverting and temporary agencies bill rates, verifies billing information, and approves payment on billing.
• Manages the employment specialists and Human Resources Assistant within the employment department.
• Conducts interview, extends internal and external offers of employment, and schedules newly hired employees for post-hiring procedures.
• Manages the scheduling newly hired employees, transfers, and promotions in order to ensure that all post-hiring proceedures are completed, copies of all required documents for personnel file are obtain and proper orientation/training is completed.
• Assigns employment specialist to attend internal and external job fairs and career fairs.
• Verifies information and references provided by applicants. Verifies credentials to ensure applicants meet the educational, licensing and experiential requirements of the positions.
• Ensure required records are maintained pertaining to employment and in compliance with Federal, State, and local employment laws.
• Develops and maintain positive relationships with all staff to who recruitment services are provided.
• Coordinates the Intern and Student policies and procedures with managers and the training department.
• Manages and plans internal and external attendance at job fairs and career fairs.
• Reviews all new hire files and transfer files to ensure al forms are completed and information required for regulatory purposes and job requirements are received.
• Responds to managers and directors inquires pertaining to employment policies and procedures.
• Maintains the staff requisitions for accurate vacancies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of HR, Executive VP & COO or designee.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related business field required.
• Two years of experience in Human Resources, recruitment or a closely related field required.
• Some supervisory experience is preferred. Knowledge of employment laws, experience conducting interviews and screening resumes is preferred.
• Experience in health care or human services preferred. Must be able to verbally communicate effectively with all levels of employees and work in a busy environment.
• Computer literacy is required.
