The Role

We are looking for a Digital Content and Communications Specialist to coordinate a pipeline of quality content from across our global studio in a timely and organised fashion. You will be a part of a fun, efficient and agile Global Digital Team responsible for ensuring end stage execution of our various communication initiatives across all our digital platforms, including website and social media.

Working in a Global Architecture studio you will have access to architectural content such as photography, renders, diagrams, and other content to help you, help us promote our market leading architecture and interior design capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation and scheduling of tailored supporting video and still image content across social media channels.
• Creation and updating of web-content using Wordpress CMS.
• Strategise, art-direct and create visual supporting content for our short-form and longer form Global Insights content.
• Distillation of ideas and concepts, communicate and pitch a direction and execute the design and creation of graphic assets for all channels.
• Research and asset collation.
• Should understand digital video animation, color theory, typography, composition, and photo retouching.
• Work with our digital team to monitor and interact with our audience across our channels.

About You

With a digital design, brand, or communications background, you’ll have a natural aptitude for web and social media. With experience in digital content, video, motion, email marketing, and website curation, you’ll have a natural obsession with interactive and digital design and seek opportunities to push the creative envelope.

You will be able to Demonstrate:

• Highly capable video creation and editing experience (adobe premiere essential).
• Ability to plan and coordinate regular organic social media photo and video shoots, including developing run sheets, key storytelling, and booking to global timeframes.
• Experience in social media and its various platforms essential, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Work closely with the Digital Content Manager to deliver compelling content, driving website traffic through strategic planning, content briefs, posting, and community management.
• High level of experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Animate.
• Previous experience with content strategy and digital production experience in a fast-paced studio setting.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and UX is a bonus.
• Carry out graphic and web design tasks from ideation to production and execution.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a high attention to detail and be organized and comfortable doing methodical work.
• Strong comprehensive understanding of best design practices across platforms
• Understanding of creativity within social media.
