Cutting Edge Non-Traditional Tax firm is seeking a Full-Time EXPERIENCED Tax Associate for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Be able to prepare business and personal tax returns for small business clients from initial meeting through delivery and filing of returns
• Manage client load
• Communicate with clients
• Organize and update the tax database
• Record tax entries into accounting software
• Understand and apply tax reduction strategies
• Preparation and/or review of financial statements

Requirements:

• Tax Preparation Experience is preferred
• Proven work experience as a Tax Associate is preferred
• Basic knowledge of the tax code for individuals and small business
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• QuickBooks accounting software experience
• Computer literacy, numerical skills, and attention to detail

Accounting Skills, TAX PREPARATION, or related education is a MUST. Must have excellent people skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. This is a great opportunity to work in an exciting professional environment remotely.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
