Looking for a full-time Medical Office Manager in a busy, growing optometry practice.

Woodard Eye Care is seeking a medical Office Manager. We are a fast paced independent Optometric practice and we are excited about the opportunity to grow and add a new medical receptionist to our team.

We are a rapidly growing, multi-doctor Optometric practice in Graham, NC where we pride ourselves in the utmost personalized care for every patient. With over 30 years of experience, Woodard Eye Care utilizes expert knowledge of the latest advances in medical eye care, prescription eyewear, contact lenses, and general eye health.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is self-motivating, with the goal to provide excellent customer service. Experienced is preferred, but not required.

Primary responsibilities include patient scheduling, check in and check out, answering phone calls, knowledge of vision and medical insurance, proficient in computer skills, and communicating with doctors, staff, and patients.

This is a full-time medical office position. Woodard Eye Care offers a team-oriented work environment and competitive compensation package, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, paid training, paid holidays, and paid time off. Pay: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour
