• Full clerical, administrative and general office duties involving transcription, typing, record and file maintenance, and data entry
• Organise and expedite flow of work through the office and initiate follow up action
• Take minutes from meetings and file documents
• Prints, organises and prepares information for meetings
• Schedule appointments, coordinate arrangements, and maintain office functionality
• Support in collecting information and data for reporting
• Populate templates, create documents, and assist in formatting of engineering reports
• Assisting in onboarding of new staff including including setting up work stations, organising building passes, and assisting with inductions
• General office housekeeping activities as required including ordering stationary and kitchen supplies and organising sundowners and team building activities

Skills / Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a similar role addressing the above accountabilities
• Competency in Microsoft Suite and wider IT software
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritise
• Proactive and positive, works calmly under pressure
• Ability to work closely with others to achieve results
• Flexibility and be client/customer focused
• Organisational skills and efficiency
