What we’re looking for:

In our next phase of growth we are looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager to join our Team. This role will be responsible for improving efficiency throughout the recruitment process. The Recruiting Operations Manager will own all recruiting ing, systems and technology, and be responsible for creating programs and improving end-to-end recruitment processes. This is a highly critical and impactful role that will help shape the future of Wonders by enabling our recruitment strategy success while spreading awareness of our amazing mission and the complex problems we are solving all in the effort of continuing to help small restaurants thrive.

What you’ll accomplish:

• Develop and manage our recruiting technology roadmap
• Drive critical business insights and analytics by building s and dashboards that visualize our recruiting effectiveness and efficiency
• Enable the TA team to do their best work by developing onboarding, training, knowledge development and capability building across the TA function
• Ensure effective functioning and optimization of Greenhouse, developing expertise on TA processes and leading testing efforts, change controls and releases as they relate to TA system functionality
• Support the Director of Global TA to help with planning, tracking results and operational management of the TA organization
• Manage the recruiting team’s project portfolio, including the development of project plans, tracking of progress, and coordination of resources.
• Evaluate and optimize the performance of sourcing channels, including digital advertising, job boards, industry websites, and other channels

About you:

• You have prior experience in recruitment operations for a yet to be well-known brand
• You have experience building out recruitment progress ing dashboards
• You have a deep expertise in talent technology, especially Greenhouse, Gem, CRM platforms and data analytics tools
• You have demonstrated expertise in leading vendor/partner relationships, and driving return on investment
• You have project management experience with recruiting programs, processes, tools and technology
• You have demonstrated recruitment enablement experience such as change implementation, training, internal communications, etc.
• You have a low ego and ask for help when you have exhausted the resources at your disposal.
• You have a roll up your sleeves mentality with current and/or prior experience working in a fast paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat

Bonus points:

• Experience in international recruitment operations
• Experience leading recruiting tool integrations into Greenhouse
• Experience leading a team
• Experience building solutions for high-volume recruitment

The salary range for this role is $123,000 – $160,000
