Wonder Steps Preschool is seeking a full-time, qualified, experienced, energetic and organized Infant/Toddler Teacher and Teacher’s Assistant/Aide for our Infant/toddler program (6months-24months).

Hiring for Infant/Toddler teacher and Infant/Toddler teacher’s assistant/aide positions

Qualification:

Infant/Toddler Teacher position:

• Minimum 12 core semester Units in early childhood education

• 3 units in Infant/Toddler care

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Infants/Toddlers

Infant/Toddler Teacher’s Assistant/Aide position:

• Minimum 6 core semester Units in early childhood education

• Minimum 6 months of experience working with Infants/Toddlers (Preferred)

Pass a pre-employment criminal and fingerprint background clearance

Pass a pre-employment physical and T.B test

Responsibilities:

– Working with infants/toddlers

– Curriculum and lesson planning

– Diaper changes

– Supervision of infants/toddlers

– Feeding and food preparation

– Caring individual who enjoys teaching young children

– Able to lift to 30 pounds

– Track children’s progress and report to parents

– Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards

Job-Type : Full-time

Schedule : Mon-Fri 8 hours shift
