About the role
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Scheduler on the team, you will support our field recruiters with end-to-end high-volume sourcing, scheduling and coordination. You will be responsible for all parts of the recruitment process from collaborating on writing job descriptions to posting jobs on job boards and building out weekly, monthly and yearly reports on recruitment activities. As one of our Recruiting Scouts, you will be the face of the company for all of our candidates and therefore the first point of contact to help address their needs. We are looking for someone that would like to grow their career in talent acquisition who is eager to learn, passionate about candidate experiences and a team player at heart.
