About the role

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Scheduler on the team, you will support our field recruiters with end-to-end high-volume sourcing, scheduling and coordination. You will be responsible for all parts of the recruitment process from collaborating on writing job descriptions to posting jobs on job boards and building out weekly, monthly and yearly reports on recruitment activities. As one of our Recruiting Scouts, you will be the face of the company for all of our candidates and therefore the first point of contact to help address their needs. We are looking for someone that would like to grow their career in talent acquisition who is eager to learn, passionate about candidate experiences and a team player at heart. • Source a high volume of candidates in a timely manner and enter all activity in our ATS.
• Troubleshoot and reschedule interviews in real-time
• Respond to internal and external recruiting requests
• Work cross-functionally with the entire recruiting team and interact with all members at the company across all levels
• Support the recruiting team on a number of administrative duties (i.e. posting jobs, editing job descriptions, building out reports)
• Continuously improve the candidate experience by constantly monitoring interactions acting as the gatekeeper keeping everyone (recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers) accountable

The ideal candidate is someone who is meticulous with their work and has worked in a fast-paced customer facing environment where they have constantly contributed to the success of a larger team.

• Experience or strong interest in talent acquisition, its process and its success
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multi-tasker who can prioritize and pivot as needed
• Good interpersonal skills with a high interest in the candidate experience
• Proactive and creative problem solver
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System or similar technical systems preferably Greenhouse.

• Salary $65k + benefits
