About the role
Chefs on the Road (CORs) are the first physical interaction that customers have with the dining experience and one of our most crucial and fast-growing operations group at the company, consisting of hourly workers who are skilled in culinary, hospitality and driving larger vehicles.
As Director, Talent Acquisition-Chef of the Road, you will be the strategic talent acquisition leader at Wonder. You will develop and lead our overarching Talent Acquisition vision, strategy and execution while leading and inspiring a talented team of recruiters, sourcers and coordinators. You will be responsible for creating energy and clarity within the team and across the company, hiring, empowering, and developing world-class talent, and delivering results.
