Summary: We are a metal finishing company that applies protective coatings to parts for the aerospace and defense industries. This is a first shift position with half days on Fridays (long weekends!)

The Position:

• Forklift operation / Material handling. Load and unload trucks.
• Prepare finished product for shipment; ensure that it is protected and that painted surface cannot get damaged during transit.
• UPS shipments
• Communication with customers, transportation companies, customers on site and by phone & email
• Data entry
• Long weekends! Done at 12 noon on Fridays!

You:

• Strong forklift skills
• Knowledge of and ability to do packaging, wrapping, crating, banding, shipping/receiving documentation, tagging incoming and outgoing jobs, UPS, etc.
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Data entry skills (basic Word, Excel, and email)
• Able to lift 50#.

Other Details:

• 1st shift. Monday – Thursday 7:00 – 4:15, Friday 7:00 – 12:00 noon. (Long weekends!)
• Full time.
• Pay based on experience.
