Job Description:
We are seeking (3) driven and motivated individuals to join our team as a Client Acquisitions Specialist/Accounts Manager. The ideal candidates will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of digital marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, presenting our services and solutions, negotiating contracts, and onboarding new clients.
Responsibilities:
We need experienced sales acquisitions/account managers to join our team. Growth of this division will come by way of selling digital services to existing clients, periodically as needed, and also new client acquisition. The experience and knowledge YOU bring to the table are critical, and your willingness to learn our business framework is equally important.
Identify potential clients through various channels such as email, phone, and social media
Identify and engage with potential new clients via phone, email, and online via social media and/or in-person daily (M-F)
Acquire new clients through occasional assigned leads and referrals according to your availability.
Understand the client’s business needs and requirements
Build working relationships with clients by listening to clients and making recommendations based on their needs.
Develop marketing strategies based on understanding our offered services and each client’s needs and objectives.
Present the company’s services and solutions to the client
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
Occasionally sales analytics, successes, and opportunities at a scheduled interval to retain clients or to offer additional services according to your availability.
To be clear: This position is a potential stepping stone to a larger role as the digital division grows over time.
Requirements:
Two or more years of phone sales experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, English, Communications or other related field preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and the latest industry trends
Outstanding phone, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to close deals.
Excellent analytical and collaborative skills; ability to work both independently and as a member of a high-performance team.
Ability to understand the client’s business needs and present relevant solutions
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Proven track record in business and/or sales

Self-motivated and results-driven
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Fluency in both written and oral English
Ability to respond to management within 24 hours during weekdays
Driver’s License or State ID (Required)
Willing to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
