Role Summery :

Wolfe is seeking a driven and creative Digital Marketing Director to manage the digital marketing presence and activities of our company.

As a Digital Marketing Director , you will be required to drive website traffic, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, monitor and interpret analytic data, and optimize the functionality of our digital infrastructure and ecosystem.

To be a successful digital marketing director, you should possess excellent marketing skills and demonstrate strong leadership and organizational abilities.

A skilled digital marketing director should have extensive knowledge of the digital ecosystem, be able to implement digital marketing strategies that result in increased sales and have a strong background in tracking and pixel placement for conversion events across channels and campaigns.

Responsibilities :

Manage and direct multiple channels of digital marketing including SEM, SEO, Social, Programmatic, Affiliate, Amazon and others.

We have 8 contractors and a few internal employees in Digital Marketing to direct and manage.

• Expanding our marketing to additional channels.
• Manage and expand all advertising campaigns.
• Implementing tracking and pixel placement for tracking conversions accurately across all channels and campaigns.
• Understanding and using daily Google Ads (must be certified), ALL social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik Tok) Hubspot, SEMRush, Mailchimp, Rakuten, Google Analytics (must be certified) and others.
• Conducting market research through techniques such as A / B testing to guide the digital marketing strategy.
• Developing and implementing digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and sales.
• Managing project staff, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitoring and interpreting digital analytics.
• Generating and presenting digital marketing s and analyses for feedback including weekly s on ROAS, CPA, CAC by source, etc.
• Keeping abreast of the latest consumer and marketing trends and advancements in technology.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s in marketing, data, advertising, digital media or a similar field.
• 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Director or Manager.
• Advanced skill in digital marketing and analytics tools
• Advanced skill in tracking and pixel placement for tracking conversion events across channels.
• Familiarity and strong experience with all major social media networks including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Excellent understanding of digital practices such as SEO, SEM, SMO, and PPC.
• Adaptable, versatile, and the ability to keep up to date with consumer and marketing trends and advancements in technology.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent financial and analytic abilities.
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Highly organized and Data focused.
