$18 – $20 an hour – Full time, Permanent

We are looking for an enthusiastic mature individual who is eager to learn new things, be an integral part of a health care team and loves helping others. The position is full-time: Monday and Wednesday 11:00 am- 6:00pm. Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm to 6:00pm. Off Friday.

We are a well-established multidisciplinary clinic (30 years plus) located in North Bay. We follow full Covid protocols for the health of our staff and patients. Our office is efficient, dedicated to excellent patient outcomes and cooperation with other health care professionals. You will be expected to multi task and in office training will be provided from Day one.

· Requisite computer and word processing skills.

· A familiarity with WSIB, Motor vehicle insurance and Chiropractic management software is an asset

Duties include:

· Greeting patients and processing payments and insurance claims

· Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner

· Perform routine clinical tasks to support clinic staff

· Answer phones and manage email correspondence

· Book appointments

· Manage flow of patients
