Woda Management & Real Estate, LLC (“WM&RE”), the property management organization, currently manages over 10,000 housing units in over 300 housing communities. The management company has a concentration specifically on communities funded via the LIHTC program, Rural Development, and HUD Section 8, and other affordable programs. WM&RE has implemented Yardi Voyager software throughout its portfolio.
The Position:
This full-time position will direct new and existing employees in hands-on affordable housing training, create educational collateral including one-sheets and video, and act as a coordinator of third-party training sessions.
The position will involve occasional travel for training events.
In this role you will:
Regular onboarding of new Woda Cooper management personnel.
Creation of training materials including video, documentation, and webinars.
Work within company LMS system to track and assign training as directed.
Respond to employee questions via [email protected] email address or phone.
Schedule and handle logistics for third party training.
Review third party training content before lease/purchase.
Conduct direct training in-person or over Microsoft Teams.
Mail out supplies for new employees.
Create and modify Learning Plans within company LMS.
Validate company policies and procedures by working through them before conducting any training.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Affordable housing educational experience a plus.
Yardi Aspire experience a plus.
Friendly, approachable demeanor.
Deep knowledge of property management & Yardi/RentCafe.
Excellent presentation skills (in-person and Microsoft Teams/Zoom).
Knowledge and experience assembling training materials (video, webinar, and documents)
