POSITION SUMMARY Following are the employee’s major accountabilities and results to be achieved..
Performs the day-to-day accounting functions of the Company(s), such as, bank reconciliations, month end activities, accounts receivable and payable activities. Individual must have a solid understanding of GAAP and hands on experience. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Must have excellent computer skills and have proficiency in MS Office suite. Superior Excel and math skills required. Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5 years related experience.

JOB Primarily responsible for processing accounts payable and receivable for all companies.KNOWLEDGE Involves analyzing coding and resolving accounting issues relating to AR & AP activities,QUALITY including sorting vendor invoices for properties and other bills and entering to accountingsoftware. Must be performed each week before the close of business Friday, accurately.QUANTITY & Reconcile and process credit card statements and travel reimbursements within a 3 day periodTIMELINESS accurately.COMMUNICATION Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for all assigned accounts accurately.
PLANNING & ORGANIZATION
Respond to internal and external requests in a service-oriented manner within one business day.Evaluate, analyze and correct extensive problems within three business daysPROBLEM Create spreadsheets and reports as assigned to accurately record information for employees.SOLVING Review and analyze projects, accounts, etc. for management or accountant.INITIATIVE Analyze results monthly to identify opportunities to increase revenue and decrease expenses.Be innovative and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, productivity and quality.DECISION Collates weekly check runs for all Urgent care companies.MAKING

Management Accountant designation.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 30 wpm. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving.
ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL CONDITIONS Conditions necessary to complete the position successfully. Work is primarily sedentary in nature, no special demands are required. Repetitive hand movements are required 80% of the time for successful completion of this position. Responsibilities include regular attendance and timeliness and may require working more than40 hours per week.
