WMS Business Analyst Full Time NEW

Role: WMS Business Analyst
Location: North East, MD: Onsite

Need to work with end users in Warehouse and be in the warehouse (200 Gateway Drive, North East, MD 21901)

Key Responsibilities:

Engage directly with users and stakeholders in Maryland DC to understand business needs, challenges, and goals.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Document business processes, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Analyze current-state and future-state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with technology, product, and operations teams to support solution design and implementation.
Assist with testing activities, including test case development, user acceptance testing, and issue tracking.
Support change management, training, and user communication efforts.
Prepare clear status updates, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
Track action items, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Provide ongoing support to users during rollout and post-implementation phases.
Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst role with WMS experience.
Strong experience working directly with end users and business stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Experience with process mapping, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and user stories.
Experience with workflow tools, dashboards, or reporting platforms.
Knowledge of change management and training support
