Wittner Hiring for Junior Graphic Designer Job at Australia Full Time

The Role:
We are looking for a driven and motivated Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team at our Cremorne office. We are looking for someone who is a team player, a go-getter and someone who can relate well with our brand identity and engage our audiences.
The successful candidate will join a small and passionate team to deliver on-brand, inspiring creative and content across Wittner’s marketing channels to excite customers, facilitate brand desire and build brand awareness.
Responsibilities:

• Design to support promotions and marketing campaigns across all Wittner channels, including website, email, social, store marketing, promotions, print, catalogues, partnerships and events
• Create designs and communications that are relevant, on-trend, visually appealing, on-brand and consistent across all channels. Be innovative and willing to push the boundaries with designs.
• Maintain and improve brand image across all channels to position Wittner as the leader in women’s premium footwear.
• Support the provision of innovative digital and email content as well as editing and touching-up of website photography and scheduled content
• Develop and create content to support the social media channels, working with Marketing Executive, in line with our Marketing communication strategy
• Support internal departments with any artwork requirements
• Assisting at photoshoots when required
• Provide ideas, insight and support to the Marketing Team on industry trends

Key Skills:

• 2+ years industry experience and an excellent knowledge of design software packages including Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat on Mac and PC platforms.
• Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or similar field; or equivalent industry experience.
• Creative Flair
• Strong time management skills with the ability to efficiently prioritise workload to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience using DotDigital or similar platform
• Self-development of fashion knowledge, passion for the fashion industry
• Ability to work flexible hours, occasionally working outside of core business hours when required by key projects or deadlines
• Copywriting skills preferred
