About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Account/Customer Success Manager to assist with client onboarding and help with ongoing service delivery as part of our growing Customer Success team. You’ll work proactively with a portfolio of new restaurant and bar clients, ranging from single locations to enterprise clients, to ultimately drive success while ensuring they get the maximum value from WISK. This can include a variety of activities such as:
As part of our broader Customer Success team, you’ll partner with many teams at WISK, including Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering and Operations. We believe flexibility and autonomy are keys for success and all of our Customer Success Managers possess complete ownership and flexibility in their work to help each customer get the most value possible with WISK. In addition, you’ll get to work with a fun, dynamic and growing team!
